main  responsibilities:

•   responsibility  for  engineering  design  and  support  of  operations
•     and  maintain  routings  for  navision
•   provide  co***ol  for  all  manufacturing  changes  including  notification  of  changes  to  quality‚  purchasing  and  cost  accounting
•   perform  product/process  analysis  for  cost  reduction‚  quality  improvement  and  improved  efficiency
•   maintain  process  documentation‚  operating  procedures‚  test  specifications  and  component  drawings
•   develop  process  co***ols  that  reduce  process  variability  and  improve  overall  yields
•   continuous  monitoring  of  all  processes
•   provide  technical  support  to  ongoing  production  and  sales  service
•   optimize  manufacturing  processes  to  provide  sustainable  gains  in  cost  reduction  and  product  performance  through  capital  projects‚  designed  experiments  and  procedural  changes
•   work  with  customers  and  vendors  to  provide  technical  solutions  and  transfer  them  to  production  according  to  requirements
•   provide  technical  support  to  die  design  to  insure  proper  tool  size  and  design
•   coordinate  with  maintenance  to  insure  adequate  preventative  maintenance  schedules  for  critical  equipment
•   coordinate  environmental‚  health  &  safety  program
•   provide  monthly  &  annual  safety  training  and  make  preventive  planning  &  corrective  actions
•   lead  ergonomics  improvements  and  review.

•   bachelors  degree  in  engineering‚  material  related  fields  preferred
•   experiences  wo***ng  in  ceramic  industry  and  knowledge  of  ceramic  manufacturing  process  required
•   fluent  english  reading  and  writing  skills   and  chinese  mandarin
•   sensitivity  to  a  bicultural  western  and  chinese   business  environment
•   strong  communication  skills  interacting  with  customers  and  all  levels  of  an  organization
•   wo***ng  experience  in  multinational  companies  u.s.  or  european  company   preferred
•   a  good  team  player  with  good  acters  –  honesty  with  high  level  of  personal  integrity.
