main  responsibilities:

•   provide  accuracy  &  timeliness  of  financial  numbers  in  financial  statements  and  reports  including  quarterly  and  annual  tax  reports‚  property  tax  reports‚  and  make  tax  planning  &  coordination

•   in  ge  of  maintenance‚  reporting  &  management  of  information  system

•   responsible  for  accounts  receivable  –  collection‚  accounts  payable  –  priority‚  payroll‚  fixed  asset  and  inventory  &  cost  accounting

•   prepare  required  reports  and  filings  for  statutory  social  benefit  accounts  for  employees

•   work  as  custodian  of  financial  wealth  &  cash  reserves

•   responsible  for  financial  management  including  operating  capital  &  cash  management‚  proforma  analysis  &  financial  projections  tax‚  cash  &  profit ‚  line  of  credit‚  credit  policy‚  cost  savings  initiatives  and  inventory  reduction

•   maintain  good  relationship  with  banking  institutes

•   establish  budgets  &  accountability

•   analyze  and  review  project  and  provide  capital  &  project  investment  &  leasing  options

•   coordinate  open  book  management

•   conduct  strategy  &  purchase  of  futures  for  business  purposes

qualification  &  experiences:
1.  at  least  5  years  finance  managerial  wo***ng  experience‚  plus  finance‚  accounting  and  auditing  experience   2.  familiarity  with  china  gaap‚  and  us  gaap  knowledge  and  experience  a  must   3.  team  management  experience  and  erp  experience   4.  work  experience  with  multinational  companies  highly  desirable   5.  strong  knowledge  and  experience  in  internal  co***ol   6.  fluent  english  reading  and  writing  skills   and  chinese  mandarin  communication  skills   7.  a  good  team  player  with  good  acters  –  honesty  with  high  level  of  personal    integrity
